Responsible for testing all kinds of machined parts. 负责检验各类机加工零件 3.In the workshop, do the inspection for the parts t in accordance with of technical requirements of the drawings, get the data and make records. 在生产现场按图纸技术要求对零部件进行检验,测出数据并做好记录 4.If the parts and components are not matched with drawings, inform the workshop and the operator to stop operations. 检验时发现零部件产品与图纸不符时,通知车间及操作者停止作业 5.For the finished products, if they are not inconsistent with the drawings, issue "failure notice" to the responsible department. For the big quality accident, it should be reported to the leadership. 对已完工产品经检验与图纸不符的开具“不合格通知单”交有关责任部门处理,对重大质量事故应及时向领导汇报 6.Use and keep the measurement apparatus properly. 妥善使用、保管本人使用的种类测量器具 7.Comply with company’s rules and regulations. 遵守公司的各项规章制度 8.Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交待的其他任务 9.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程,以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。 10.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system. 具有ISO14001&OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识。 11.Engage in quality & safety management and support work of hi-tech product. 从事与高科技产品的生产相关的质量管理和支持工作

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • Familiar with English information on drawing
  • Three to five years working experience with team management capacity
  • Familiar with computer use and CAD
  • Familiar with the machining drawings, the roughness and shape which are marked on the drawings. Know the right meaning of the location tolerance
  • Familiar with the standards and technological requirements of the process
  • Master the methods of using the measuring instruments skillfully
  • Fill in all kinds of test records, inspection reports according to the requirements keep it properly
