Job Responsibility

Conduct regular inspections of architectural works (finishes, facade, roofing, etc.), ensuring adherence to contract documents and quality standards. Identify and report discrepancies or defects promptly
Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, progress reports, and inspection records. Document all site activities and maintain organized project files
Liaise effectively with the Architect, other consultants, contractors, and authorities. Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure clear communication of instructions
Monitor work progress against schedules, ensure compliance with local regulations, and assist in verifying contractor claims and variations
Oversee defect rectification during the liability period and conduct final inspections to ensure satisfactory completion before handover
