Job Description

The job incumbent is responsible for the accurate and professional coordination of the whole back office administrative process flow for BIVAC in his/her area of responsibility. Performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Arrangement for Inspection schedule by daily basis
  • Update the Inspection report, photos, follow up IR in case of delay
  • Check inspection report with Siebel (Internal Programe) within 24 hours
  • Check inspection photos with Siebel (Internal Programe) within 24hours
  • COC issuance for Myanmar customers, oversea customers

Requirements

  • Graduate from University or secondary education with proper experience
  • Good English and local language skills
  • PC Skills such as MS. Excel, MS. Work, PPT
  • Ability to working under pressure
