Job Description:

We are looking for an Insolvency Practitioner to join our successful Insolvency team, headed by Dan James - an experienced Insolvency Practitioner and Partner at AG. Your office base could either be Taunton or Bristol. In this role, we’re seeking a qualified Insolvency Practitioner who is capable of confidently undertaking formal insolvency appointments and providing expert advice to clients. You will also build and maintain strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders while actively contributing to the business development of the department, securing new insolvency appointments through networking and leveraging your own contacts.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • JIEB qualified and authorised to take appointments
  • Substantial insolvency experience, ideally from a similar professional services environment
  • Well-established network within the legal, banking, and accountancy sectors
  • Comfortable working both in a client delivery capacity and a business development role
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
