Insite and Offsite Banquet Server

• Ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests
• Describing selection of food and beverage menu items to guests
• Offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods
• Communicating guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen
• Coordinating food timings
• Anticipating guest needs
• Ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions
• Closing guest checks
• Being highly visible in the operation
• Taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for guests

• Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups
• Preferably in the same position
• International experience would be an asset
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
• Be a team player
• Bring personal touch and energy to guest experiences

• Possess the legal right to work in Italy
• Fluency in English and Italian
