We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Insights & Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end business insights, executive deliverables, and transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by proactively translating complex data, organizational signals, and operational trends into actionable insights that inform decision-making, accelerate execution, and shape business strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, executive storytelling, operational excellence, and change management. They thrive in fast-paced environments, connect dots across organizations, and bring clarity to ambiguity through structured insights and strategic thinking. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
