Job Description

Finch Brands seeks an experienced, high-energy Sales Development Representative to help us grow our insights and strategy business. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to develop persuasive content that highlights themes, strategies, and differentiators, with the goal of generating and advancing qualified opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect and generate new leads across the United States via cold calling, outbound email campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
  • refine messaging to resonate with senior stakeholders across multiple industries

  • Develop Proposals: Support all phases of the proposal writing process to create compelling, compliant and tailored content for various proposals
  • Understand, manage and/or contract resourcing, sample, recruitment, platform, facility incentive cost drivers with 3rd party suppliers
  • Manage proposal creation – creating timelines and content requirements, leveraging resources (internal and 3rd party) while continually improving the process. Leverage research expertise to define right insight methodology in partnership with leadership and bring that to life (proposal and pitch) to win new business

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
