Job Description:

Internship position in Consumer and Customer Insights team at IKEA Belgium focusing on understanding macro/micro dynamics impacting business, dynamic retail market, and fast-changing consumer to support IKEA Belgium strategy

Job Responsibility:

Compile specific knowledge decks with insights for internal stakeholders
Support the CCI-team with preparation of strategy through steep analysis, trend monitoring, consumer insights
Competitor monitoring
Data files compilations
Support in ad hoc research or ad hoc demands
Work with project-based assignments
Cross-service unit collaboration
Get hands on with quantitative and qualitative research

Requirements:

Master student
Master English (Mother language Dutch or French)
Enjoy working with numbers and translating facts into insights
Positive and open mindset to learn and grow
Basic PowerPoint skills
Basic Excel skills

Nice to have:

Who can bare a bad joke from time to time
