Job Description

At Human8, we unlock brand growth through human understanding. Leveraging our heritage and the core pillars of brand growth, we are reinventing how clients achieve high-quality, holistic insights that spark action – what we call the Human Spark. In this role you will transform data into powerful stories that shapes the future of great brands by understanding what makes people tick. You will be the engine of our insights projects, translating quantitative and/or qualitative data, and client challenges into compelling conclusions and strategic recommendations. You are curious and collaborative, and eager to manage diverse projects, deepen client relationships, and develop your skills as a marketing insights consultant. Kindly note that we have an office London and Manchester, and will be accepting applicants from either location.

  • Anticipate research challenges during design phases and pivot methods to address emerging needs (e.g., adjusting tasks for participant engagement)
  • Plan and lead the analysis, weaving together data from various sources (e.g., survey data, qualitative discussions, cultural trends) to uncover the core 'why' behind the 'what'

  • Bridge raw data to strategic storytelling by structuring findings into coherent, client-ready outputs with clear implications
  • Transform data into a persuasive story by developing clear, visually engaging reports. Your work will connect present insights with visionary outcomes to provide a forward-looking perspective for the client
  • Use AI and our other proprietary technology to enhance efficiency, connect different data types, and add strategic depth to your analysis
  • Act as a proactive and strategic partner for clients, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables meet their business needs
  • Add value by applying your knowledge of the client's business, competitive landscape, and marketing fundamentals to synthesize a full-picture perspective
  • Co-create with seniors and clients in real-time (e.g., in AI-assisted brainstorming sessions) rather than working in silos
  • Support senior team members in client workshops and brainstorms, helping to turn hybrid insights into actionable tools, playbooks, and strategies
  • Drive commercial growth by contributing to persuasive proposal writing and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, motivated by an interest in winning work and representing our brand in the market
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects with diverse methodologies, coordinating seamlessly within your team to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and team-oriented approach, actively seeking to learn from senior colleagues while maintaining a passion for staying at the forefront of the insight sector

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, economics), typically developed through a Master’s degree or comparable professional experience
  • Proven experience (around 5 years) in market research, data insights, or analytics, with a background in an agency environment considered an asset
  • Strategic Thinking: Connect Marketing insights to a broader organizational goal, strategically influencing and shaping thinking
  • Thought Leadership: Through expertise and vision linking to our culture and values. Driving change and influence
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Understanding industry trends, competitive landscapes, and organizational context is crucial, aligning research efforts within our strategy
  • Influential Communication: Presenting complex findings persuasively to executives and clients is a key skill. Their ability to influence decisions makers

  • Do meaningful work that shapes key decisions and influences client futures
  • Thrive within a culture built on curiosity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Build your career at a recognized industry leader with a strong heritage in brand growth
