Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insight Coordinator to join the McArthurGlen Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer insight and market research within the dynamic European retail sector. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Insight Team by coordinating our consumer insight and market research programmes. Working closely with the Insight Manager and collaborating across marketing and centre teams, you’ll help us better understand our customers and their evolving behaviours.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of our centre insight programme
  • Support the execution of key research projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Support with the coordination of day-to-day operations across key business trackers, including the customer feedback programme (How Was Your Day), footfall benchmarking, customer origin trackers, and brand tracking
  • Maintain and monitor the insight budget, including forecasting and raising POs
  • Track and report on consumer and market trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Gather and share key project inputs (e.g., sales data, brand lists, geo-definitions) with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in report writing and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Respond to ad hoc research requests and support new project development
  • Present findings clearly using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Help organise insight meetings and coordinate European travel logistics

Requirements
