Insight Consultant As an Insight Consultant, you are determined to activate change for great brands through a passion for data and consumer insights. You are project driven and can manage your time and workload independently, but equally you love to collaborate in teams to reach the best result. Initially, your focus is on data analysis and reporting, but you are eager to learn and develop expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods across full projects in Southeast Asia or Australia.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning, setting up and management of online research projects
Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms
Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions
Brief external moderators
Check status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally
Analyze, interpret and report on findings of most research projects
Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review
Interpret analysis plan and use as base to collaborate
Present internally
Attend client presentations and answer questions on analyses
Support more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications
Follow marketing content to develop knowledge about offering
Build social professional profile and become active networker
Pitch role naturally to clients
Be aware of commercial objectives and targets
Understand budget build-up of active projects
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and explore.
Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
Communication: Clear communication within the team.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
Basic Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation.
