Job Description:

As an Insight and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a leader in Japan's emerging therapeutic market by understanding the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, ultimately driving product success in a fast-evolving industry.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and conducting market research to assess the business landscape and provide key stakeholders with data-driven insights
Conducting competitor analysis to identify potential threats and recommending strategic countermeasures
Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and suggest necessary actions
Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives focused on business intelligence and analytics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above is required
Business-level of Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the related industry (pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods or other regulated industries preferred) or consulting firm required
