As an Insight Analyst at RI, you’ll leverage data from our amazing products to deliver actionable insights and measurable value to our clients. Your role will involve reporting, analysis, and proactive collaboration to ensure our products continuously drive client success.

Job Responsibility

  • Utilize data expertise to deliver insights that highlight the value of our product suite
  • Analyze client data to optimize product performance and tailor solutions
  • Partner with Delivery and Relationship Managers to meet client needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide performance analytics and reporting to support client objectives
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, uncovering root causes and driving resolutions
  • Promote continuous improvement by focusing on product quality, relevance, and ROI

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering analytics-driven, client-focused solutions
  • Experience of storytelling with data, preferably presenting to external clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with data visualization expertise (e.g., Power BI)
  • Creativity and proactivity in problem-solving, ensuring high ROI for clients
  • Strong self-management and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical leaders
