With our all-in-one, cloud-based solution, healthcare professionals can focus more on care and less on administration. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures. You will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our SDR team.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal
Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers
Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals
Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results
Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end
Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects
A consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions
Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions
Fluency in Italian (native level)
Advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1)
