Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified Great Place to Work, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the Unox Asia Team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Job Responsibility:
Identifies and develops sales opportunities by researching potential customers, following up with new leads, and building long-term relationships
Analyzes competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly
Provides personalized support and services to complement the external sales team and meets the specific needs of leads/prospects
Prioritizes leads in line with the commercial strategy, coordinates project activities, and supports customer retention efforts
Manages accounts, drafts quotations, and generates recurring revenue through proactive communication and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Degree in Languages, Economics, or related fields is required
Excellent knowledge of the English language is required
Strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Thai language will be considered an advantage
