We are looking for a success-driven individual for our Inside Sales team in Lordstown, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional support to our existing customers while handling internal sales requests. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to internal sales inquiries and customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and long-term collaboration
Provide detailed sales analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and delivery
Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction
Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data
Assist in implementing new sales processes or systems to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documentation
Stay informed about industry trends and company products to better serve customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports
