Are you a proactive communicator with a can-do attitude? We’re looking for driven individuals to connect with potential customers, manage key accounts, and help grow our B2B business. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, making an impact through outreach, product demos, and smart sales support. Job Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, registering them in the CRM
  • Engage and manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversion
  • Conduct virtual product presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Manage and develop C&D accounts, focusing on retention, repeat business, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to ensure proper follow-up on high-potential leads
  • Promote the use of online sales channels and self-service options for customers
  • Keep key information, including customer data, lead tracking, and sales results, updated in the CRM
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key KPIs
  • Act as a shared account owner to ensure efficient and coordinated customer support

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, outbound calling, or similar roles
  • Native or full professional level of Danish and fluent level of English
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual product demos
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools
  • Available to work on-site at the office in Sant Cugat del Vallès

Nice to have

Familiarity in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plus
