Requirements

Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Windows Office and POS systems
Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use

Job Responsibility

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process
Marketing Execution: Implement store marketing strategies, and engage in telemarketing to foster new business opportunities
Sales Support: Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders
Operational Excellence: Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance

Requirements

Customer service, estimating, purchasing, or project coordination experience (sign industry a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
willing to learn Signarama specific CRM and POS software programs
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Job Responsibility

Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare and deliver accurate sign and graphics estimates
Support outside sales staff with vendor quotes and purchasing for outsourced products
Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams
Manage permits, schedules, and customer communications throughout the project
Oversee quality control to ensure every job meets Signarama standards
Assist with marketing efforts including project photos, videos, and social media ideas
Maintain an organized, professional front office environment
