Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team in managing orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the key point of contact between customers, sales, and supply chain teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process sales orders and support the sales team
  • Track inventory and update customers on order status
  • Coordinate shipments and handle logistics documentation
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales support, order processing, or logistics
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with shipping schedules and documentation

Nice to have:
