Job Description:

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team by managing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. You’ll be the key link between customers, sales, and supply chain teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process sales orders and support external sales staff
  • Monitor stock and update customers on order status
  • Coordinate shipments and manage logistics documentation
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:
