We're looking for a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team who can proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media, qualify leads, and assess potential clients' needs to determine if our ERP solutions align with their business requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media
Qualify leads and assess potential clients' needs to determine if our ERP solutions align with their business requirements
Conducting research to identify new sales leads and potential customers
Making outbound sales calls and following up on leads to pitch ERP software solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Leads
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service)
Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
8 - 12 years of prior experience as an inside sales specialist in the Construction & Real Estate industry
Bachelor's/master’s degree in technology or relevant
Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology sales
Ability to identify and qualify leads, and effectively move them through the sales pipeline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive in ERP software sales or a similar sales role
Experience in handling Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa & UK
International Region experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Nice to have:
Demonstrating and presenting products or services to potential customers (Good to have)
