This entry-level role supports account activity, customer requests, and sales operations by coordinating quotes, orders, and follow-up tasks across internal teams. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate scheduling and calendar support for account leaders, helping maintain focus on priority customers and active sales opportunities
Assist with account planning activities and contribute administrative and operational support for ongoing customer engagement efforts
Collect customer needs and partner with internal teams to prepare pricing, proposals, and other pre-sales documentation
Work with technical and vendor-facing teams to assemble product configurations, supporting materials, and required order details
Retrieve quotes, invoices, and related documents through distributor and customer portal systems to keep transactions moving efficiently
Review incoming orders for accuracy, facilitate handoff to operations, and support the full purchase order process from submission through completion
Create purchase requests, monitor order progress, and help resolve credit-related delays in coordination with sales and accounting stakeholders
Provide timely updates on opportunity status, shipment progress, software licensing, and activation information to help meet customer expectations
Investigate service or delivery concerns, communicate issue status to internal stakeholders, and support meetings that track project milestones and open action items
Requirements:
Experience supporting sales, account coordination, customer service, or administrative operations in a detail-focused environment
Ability to manage purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respond promptly to questions or issues
Comfortable working across multiple internal teams to coordinate order processing, status updates, and issue resolution
Proficiency with CRM and sales support tools, including Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items at the same time
Ability to work effectively in an entry-level role with direction while building product, process, and account support knowledge
