As a Product Inside Sales Specialist at Soliton, you will play a key role in connecting advanced protocol validation solutions with leading semiconductor companies worldwide. This role blends technical understanding with strategic sales skills to identify customer pain points, present impactful solutions, and close high-value deals. With specialized expertise in I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI, and CAN protocol validation, Soliton has consistently achieved 26% annual growth while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction, making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that is trusted globally for innovation and excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to semiconductor validation engineers and test managers
  • Technical Sales Conversations: Conduct needs assessment calls, identify protocol testing pain points, and present Soliton’s turnkey solutions. Collaborate with technical experts to address client queries
  • Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling demos of the Protocol Validation Suite and automation solutions, emphasizing ROI and differentiation
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage complete B2B sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure, including technical proposals and proof-of-concept projects
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and provide reliable forecasts while monitoring lead conversion and funnel performance
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with engineering teams, understand validation roadmaps, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Provide customer feedback to product teams for continuous improvement
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Soliton at semiconductor conferences, protocol consortiums, and technical forums to enhance market presence and generate qualified leads
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in semiconductor tools, test equipment, or technology services
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss protocol validation concepts
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding annual sales quotas of ₹50L–₹2Cr+
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling NI-PXIe-based solutions or test & measurement systems
  • Background in selling to semiconductor companies, test houses, or electronics manufacturers
  • Familiarity with chip development lifecycle and post-silicon validation challenges
  • Knowledge of protocol analyzers, test automation, or validation methodologies
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles (6+ months) and solution selling
