Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the real-time, day-to-day execution of LoadUp’s Inside Sales operation during assigned shifts. This role serves as the on-duty sales leader, providing live coaching, decision support, and escalation management while ensuring sales standards are upheld. You’ll act as a critical extension of the Inside Sales Manager by owning floor execution, driving performance accountability, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maximizing revenue opportunities across all operating hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales floor during assigned shifts
  • Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales agents
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer situations, pricing questions, and booking challenges
  • Monitor live performance metrics, call activity, and queue health
  • Ensure sales processes, scripts, and quality standards are consistently followed
  • Make on-the-spot decisions to support agents and protect customer satisfaction
  • Identify revenue opportunities and coach reps on upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies
  • Communicate shift performance insights, challenges, and wins to the Inside Sales Manager
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of sales agents through hands-on leadership
