Job Description

The SDR Retail position has a specific focus on managing an assigned portfolio of client accounts, including kitchen & bath stores and fabricators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within those accounts, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with assigned clients, optimizing commercial processes, and generating efficiencies.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts for kitchen & bath stores and fabricators, maintaining a strong relationship with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Cosentino. Additionally, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose appropriate commercial actions for each
  • Generate demand for our products during calls, aiming to drive direct or indirect purchases by the assigned accounts, impacting sales incrementality
  • Increase the adoption and use of Professional Digital Platforms and their respective services across all assigned accounts. Ensure autonomous and efficient connection and communication with Cosentino using the platforms
  • Make cold and follow-up calls to the assigned portfolio, while also sending emails and providing support through WhatsApp or any other approved communication channel, with the goal of presenting the company's products, promotions, and services
  • Maintain and update the client database in the CRM, updating account information in Salesforce, obtaining additional information to allow better account segmentation, and removing closed accounts from the database when necessary. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to facilitate sales activities
  • Improve our sales efficiencies, reducing the workload of this type of accounts for the field sales team, optimizing management times and workload
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective prospecting and account management strategies, following up on missions sent to the sales teams
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with sales teams, the central HQ team, Center Managers, and Regional Directors
  • Provide detailed monthly reports of your work and the results obtained against set objectives
  • Offer excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise in managing these types of accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and retail sector, ideally in Interior Design or related industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, bilingual in English
  • Experience with Salesforce preferably or other CRMs
  • Ability to customize the pitch based on the needs and particularities of the client and their business context
  • Proven experience in high‑volume outbound calling and emailing to SMB customers
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
