Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-up
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct product demonstrations and educate prospects on solutions that meet their needs
Collaborate closely with outside sales, sales support, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system
Continuously learn about evolving products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related customer-focused role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Self-starter with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is preferred
Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Proficiency in social media platforms and campaign management
Knowledge of outbound marketing strategies
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
