Job Responsibility:
Become a knowledgeable ambassador for LoadUp
Deliver friendly, helpful service to every customer and prospect
Follow clear, proven sales processes including using call scripts, updating lead and sales activity in CRM, and managing pipeline effectively
Learn and master LoadUp’s internal software to help track orders and stay up to date on driver activity
Support customers through every step of the sales process, from first conversation to final scheduling
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and texts from customers and prospects
Stay engaged with leads by following up through calls, emails, and text messages to answer questions and close the sale
