As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of the business by identifying and nurturing potential customer relationships. You’ll work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, offer personalized solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process. Staying updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities will be key to your success. You’ll manage customer inquiries, build trust, and actively seek new sales opportunities, all while contributing to the company’s long-term business development and success.
Job Responsibility:
Follow up on online staffing requests from client portals
Matching client requests with the best internal profiles
Proposing solutions to clients via their platforms in a timely and professional manner
Support key account managers or key account delivery owners with client follow-ups and staffing requests for large, strategic accounts
Acting as the main point of contact for a large group of unmanaged accounts
Contacting proactively clients to maintain and build relationships
Communicating with staffing managers and procurement professionals via phone and Communicating to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
Strong communication skills: friendly, professional, and client-focused
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools (e.g., staffing or CRM systems)
Administrative experience and a keen eye for detail are a must
