SPF Screens & Awnings is the unrivaled leader in the realm of retractable awnings and motorized sun shades throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas. We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Team Member to play a pivotal role in advancing sales of our sun protection solutions. This position is integral to the seamless progression of sales initiatives focused on SPF products. The Inside Sales Team Member will spearhead efforts to generate urgency in potential clients and collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Consultants to ensure the attainment of revenue targets within designated territories.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic guidance and support to the Outside Sales Team
Conduct thorough daily audits of sales deals
Effectively edit contracts as needed
Assume ownership of deals when necessary
Collaborate closely with at least 6 Outside Sales Consultants
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in inside sales or related fields
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Sales Experience required
Must be detail oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple calendars
Work as part of a team
Strong customer service experience required
