Job Responsibility
Build and strengthen relationships with hospitality customers by serving as a dependable point of contact for sales and service needs
Prepare pricing proposals, enter customer orders, and monitor active opportunities to help move business through the sales cycle
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through thoughtful product recommendations, promotional outreach, and upselling efforts
Partner with vendors, warehouse staff, and operations teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule
Communicate updates on order progress, product availability, and customer requests to maintain a smooth client experience
Address customer questions or concerns promptly and work toward practical solutions that support long-term satisfaction
Keep customer information, pricing details, and sales activity current and accurate within company systems
Provide sales and administrative support to field representatives and leadership as needed to support day-to-day account activity
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or account coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams
Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain close attention to detail
Comfortable handling quotes, order entry, follow-up activity, and account support in a fast-paced setting
Ability to recognize sales opportunities and contribute to account growth through proactive customer engagement
Experience supporting revenue goals through inside sales, retail buying, or related commercial activities
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and tracking sales-related information across business systems
