We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process. Job Responsibility:
Qualify incoming leads by conducting thorough discovery calls to identify customer needs and align them with solutions
Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound channels and live chats, ensuring all potential opportunities are addressed
Research and manage accounts by identifying stakeholders and mapping out buying centers to target effectively
Coordinate and schedule meetings or demos between prospects and Account Executives to advance the sales process
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities using Salesforce
Collaborate with the Marketing team to follow up on campaigns and events, optimizing lead conversion
Track and analyze sales metrics to meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
Build trust with prospects through timely engagement and personalized communication, increasing conversion rates
Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed insights during sales interactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales development, business development, or similar customer-facing roles
Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools
Experience in B2B SaaS sales or the healthcare/life sciences technology sector is preferred
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
Ability to handle objections confidently and engage prospects across multiple communication channels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on delivering superior customer service
