Inside Sales Representative

• Communicate effectively with current and potential clients to foster strong business relationships

• Maintain positive and detail-oriented relationships with team members and management
• Utilize computer software, including Shopworx, to streamline sales and administrative processes
• Contribute to team goals by demonstrating initiative and adaptability
• Continuously seek personal and detail-oriented growth opportunities

• Minimum of two years of inside sales experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associates degree preferred but not required
• Familiarity with embroidery and screen printing is a plus
• Interest in business development and building client relationships
