Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, emails, and mail in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately process product orders and provide customers with essential information regarding pricing, technical specifications, and delivery schedules
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or technical solutions that complement customer orders and enhance their overall experience
  • Research and resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, and return requests, ensuring all documentation is completed and solutions are implemented within 24 hours
  • Conduct weekly scheduled calls to existing accounts to secure orders for upcoming deliveries and inform them of current promotions or featured products
  • Participate in weekly branch sales meetings and share market insights with the Customer Service and Management teams to drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism with colleagues and suppliers while adhering to all corporate safety requirements and PPE guidelines

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales and customer service environment
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work comfortably within a call-center-style setting
  • Experience within industrial parts distribution or the trailer parts sector is considered a significant asset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
