Inside Sales Representative

• Respond to price inquiries and prepare detailed quotes via email and phone
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups on submitted quotes to close sales
• Process and enter orders into the internal computer system
• Maintain trusting relationships with a diverse clientele (construction, food industry, manufacturing)
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Perform follow-up calls to inactive clients (approximately 10-15% of the time)

• Relevant experience in customer service or inside sales
• Mathematical logic: Comfortable with basic calculations (fractions, measurements)
• Personality: Autonomous, organized, and able to work in an environment where communication is frank and direct
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and a desire for long-term commitment
• Language skills: Fluency in French and functional English

Industrial sector experience is an asset
