As an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as the technical pivot between plant requirements and solutions from the world's leading manufacturers. This role, based in Saint-Laurent, combines strategic customer service, technical problem solving, and inbound sales management.
Job Responsibility:
Answer customer calls and emails for industrial part requests
Analyze the technical needs of client plants and prepare accurate quotes
Coordinate orders with strategic suppliers based in Canada and the United States
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to provide an outstanding customer experience in Saint-Laurent
Use the SAP system to ensure rigorous tracking of orders and pricing
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in inside sales or technical service, ideally with an industrial parts distributor
Essential Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
Excellent understanding of mechanical components or the operations of manufacturing plants
Solid professional history demonstrating long-term commitment
Proactivity, integrity, strong sense of priorities, and ability to work autonomously
