Requirements
Fluent bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English). Due to its North American operations, our client requires knowledge of English for this position. The incumbent will need to communicate daily with clients, partners, and colleagues outside Quebec, collaborate with centralized North American teams (purchasing, credit, operations), and attend mandatory technical training sessions conducted in English in the United States.
Concrete experience in sales or commercial negotiation within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Comfortable with technical measurements and the ability to understand physical product specifications.
Excellent command of technology and the ability to navigate an ERP-type management system (AS400, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP).
Strong sense of urgency, thoroughness, analytical skills, and a great capacity to manage priorities.
What we offer
Competitive base salary between $60,000 and $85,000 per year
Quarterly commission structure based on performance and profitability, potentially representing approximately 15% of your base salary.
