Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and process daily orders with precision
  • Analyze technical requirements and prepare detailed price quotes
  • Coordinate activities between the purchasing department and delivery logistics
  • Actively participate in the development of current and potential client accounts
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or corporate customer service, ideally within the industrial sector
  • Stability: A solid professional history demonstrating long-term commitment
  • Skills: Proactivity, integrity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Linguistic Justification: Based on an evaluation conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in both English and French
