We are looking for fresh talent to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives. This entry-level role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in sales, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship building.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting
Understand customer requirements and communicate product value effectively
Manage the sales lifecycle from initial interaction to closing deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Build and maintain a database of prospects and clients
Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred, not mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Proactive mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
