Inside Sales Representative

• Manage incoming quote requests via email and phone (no cold calling)
• Conduct strategic product sourcing from various suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery lead times
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and quotes using SAP Business One software
• Provide high-quality technical advisory services to clients in the mining, forestry, and energy sectors
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory accuracy and overall customer satisfaction

• Essential Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written
• Previous experience in B2B customer service, order desk, or the industrial supply sector (fasteners, plumbing, mechanics, etc.)

Knowledge of SAP software or a similar ERP system

• Highly Attractive Total Compensation: Base salary between $50,000 and $65,000, with a guaranteed monthly commission system (minimum of $10,000 additional per year)
