They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen client relationships, develop tailored shipping and packaging solutions, and support ongoing business growth. Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly customer support
Take accurate messages and direct client inquiries to the appropriate team members
Follow up with current and prospective clients to share information about services and solutions
Prepare quotes, support order processing, and assist in closing sales
Reach out to a provided list of registered or previously engaged clients to identify upcoming shipping needs
Maintain timely, organized email communication, including follow-ups and resolution of open items
Accurately track customer interactions and sales activity in internal systems
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience, including regular phone communication
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and building rapport in a professional, detail-oriented manner
Well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in an inside sales or client support environment
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
