Join Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions as Inside Sales Represetative. As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing daily operations, quotes, orders, and forecasts. You’ll collaborate with KAM/PM/ BDM and internal teams to maximize Arrow’s market share, profitability, and efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of renewal and new opportunities using the 120-day renewal cadence
Proactively engage end users to secure renewals and new business, articulate value, discuss pricing, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
Deliver a high-quality customer experience through timely, accurate, and professional communication
Support partners with quotes, pricing, product information, renewal and new sale documentation
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily CRM updates
Follow sales processes, renewal guidelines, and partner engagement frameworks
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve pricing, product, SLA, or billing issues
Requirements
Sales & customer service experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in sales and office systems
Fluent English and Polish is a must (written & spoken)
Analytical and planning abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume renewal pipeline
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value to end users and partners
Background in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Support within tech/SaaS/IT
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Dynamics
Problem-solving mindset, flexibility in approach, and the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
