Job Responsibility:
Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and online channels to generate leads and build relationships
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for external sales representatives or product specialists
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to communicate features, benefits, and value to potential customers
Manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, and document all customer interactions and progress
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to deliver a top-notch customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
1+ years of inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service experience in a business environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and achieve results
