Job Responsibility:
Handle order taking and provide customer service via phone and email
Prepare quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on current orders
Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities
Actively participate in promotions by proactively contacting customers to present new products
Provide first-level technical support for a wide range of construction products
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills (professional and dynamic verbal image)
Functional bilingualism (French/English) to support Ontario clients and communicate with head office
Outgoing, confident personality with a strong team spirit
Great learning capacity (IT systems and technical data sheets)
Previous experience with banners such as Rona, BMR, or Canac is considered a major asset
Rigor, diligence, and a desire to grow professionally within the organization
