Job Responsibility:
Respond with speed and professionalism to price requests, quotes, and order updates
Ensure disciplined and constant follow-up on open quotes to maximize conversion opportunities
Manage customer requests from A to Z, ensuring that no detail is overlooked
Handle difficult communications in a constructive and solution-oriented manner
Collaborate closely with the production and logistics departments to guarantee that promises made to customers are kept
Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the ERP system (Cyframe)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service within the manufacturing or B2B distribution sector
Bilingualism is essential (French and English): Our client operates both in Canada and internationally. It has been determined that this position requires fluency in English and French, as the employee will be required to communicate daily with English-speaking clients and partners located outside of Quebec
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure
Strong discipline in file management and follow-ups
Proficiency with ERP systems and standard IT tools
College or university degree in a relevant field (an asset)
