Inside Sales Representative

• Lead, coach and develop a team of National Inside Sales Representatives
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Review team pipeline, call activity and conversion metrics—identify gaps and take action
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and support reps with complex quotes or objections
• Run regular one-on-ones, team meetings and performance conversations
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure the team follows agreed sales processes
• Collaborate with field sales, operations and marketing to align on leads, campaigns and service delivery
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members as the team grows
• Report on team performance to senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights

• Proven experience leading or supervising an inside sales, telesales or contact centre team
• Strong coaching ability—you know how to lift performance without micromanaging
• Confident communicator who can manage up, down and across the business
• Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting dashboards and sales metrics
• Organised and process-driven, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Resilient and solutions-focused—you stay calm under pressure and lead by example

Experience in waste, environmental services or B2B industries is a plus but not essential
