Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity to fill within one of our branch that serves mainly a diverse clientele in the HVAC-R industry. Job Responsibility:

Responding to contractors' inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Processing current orders and following up on pending requests
Promoting various products and engaging in cross-selling
Maintaining inventory
Overseeing the showroom
Performing other related tasks

Requirements:

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical sales/customer service
Relevant training in the electric motor field or any combination of experience and knowledge related to the industry
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team
Proficiency with computer software (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
Bilingualism (an asset)
