We are seeking a German speaking SMB Inside Sales Representative to support a fast-growing program in advanced AI solutions. In this role, you will drive new business growth, build meaningful customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This position is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys consultative selling.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement
Engage potential customers by building pipeline opportunities and establishing strong initial connections
Understand customer needs thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that support long-term relationships
Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations of recommended solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Requirements:
Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level English
Bilingual candidates in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are also highly desirable
Proven success in outbound sales, ideally within B2B, tech, or SaaS environments
Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently exceed targets
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach
Strong persuasive and consultative selling skills
Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools
Ability to accept and apply feedback to continually improve performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
