Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or website inquires Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing three tier bulk customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up. Work with sales operations/marketing personnel to source leads
Collaborate with the Bulk Division Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders using HubSpot CRM software
Provide pricing, availability, and technical product information to customers
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency refer to customer service department when necessary
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and Catania’s product portfolio
Support logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of bulk orders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
0-2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in foodservice, manufacturing, or B2B environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Nice to have:
Knowledge of edible oils or food ingredients is a plus
