Inside Sales Representative. The ISR is responsible for developing incremental business with distributors, focus partners and customers to drive business with both new and existing customers. You maximize opportunities from leads, maintain and execute territory plans with your field-based Territory Manager. The ISR manages a designated geographical territory in alignment with their field-based Territory Manager. The role is desk based, located in HPE office in Taipei.
Job Responsibility:
Based on a defined market segment to build sales pipeline, new customer logo accounts and account growth
Generates, qualifies and reviews new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure
Correspond with distributors/partners/customers on initiatives/programs/promotions to grow and expand commercial business
Understands customer requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
Excellent visibility and control of sales engagement to provide accurate forecast
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably IT/ Sales)
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Relevant experience in pipeline management or tier 2 & 3 channel go to market sales in high-tech industry
Proficient account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
Must possess a proven record of accomplishment within the B2B technology market and generated significant increases in new pipelines, new logo accounts and account growth
Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to write and speak in 'business level’ English and local language
Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team
Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative and result oriented
Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system
