Job Description:

Play an integral part in the sales process and team. Help clients and industry professionals complete their projects. Be part of a close-knit team with a great work environment. Handle orders, pricing, and support the rest of the team while putting customer needs first.

Job Responsibility:

Handle calls, emails, and walkins
Answer questions and advise on products
Handle customer requests
orders, billing, pricing, credits, escalations, claims
Participate in training sessions, tradeshows, branch and sales meetings
Support the account managers, and other sales teams
Communicate relevant information to the Branch Manager

Requirements:

2 + years relevant Inside Sales experience
Electrical or Data and communications product knowledge is an great asset
Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong willingness to learn
Excellent customer relationship building skills

Nice to have:

Electrical or Data and communications product knowledge is an great asset

What we offer:

Salary between 58K-60K
Monday to Friday, no weekends
Hours from 6:30-3pm, or 7-3:30pm
